We only invest in tech companies on an equity basis.

Pre-Series A: 


  • Your tech is post-MVP (minimal viable product). 
  • You have at least tested the adoption of the tech with customers. In market with pilot tests or actual customers is ideal.
  • Your team is 6-10 people
  • You have fully developed a business plan and model with a pathway to positive cashflow 
  • You can articulate your resource needs for this investment stage and at least the next investment stage
  • You have defined a roadmap with milestones and timelines for:
  • Continued tech development
  • Market launch and development
  • Scaling of the tech, the business and future plans
  • You can articulate the return profile of the company
  • You can articulate your valuation and the methods used to arrive at it
  • You can describe yourselves as Founders and what you bring to the table 
  • You describe your team and why this group of people will be able to achieve the highly scalable and profitable company you are going to pitch to us
  • What are the unfair advantages that you bring to the table. Remember that we receive many opportunities to consider in your sector
  • What are the additional impacts that you will have, if any. 
  • Where are you based? Why? What is the company structure (legal, etc)
  • You can articulate exit strategies

Series A: 


  • Your company has launched in its first geographic market and is looking to scale within it and has plans for a second geographic market
  • Your company may be in the 10-20 person team size
  • You have actual financial statements and projected budgets and business plans
  • You can articulate the resource requirements required to get to the next investment stage and why
  • You can articulate what the next investment stage looks like and why
  • You have a roadmap with milestones, timelines 
  • You have cashflow statements for the next year to 18 months
  • All other aspects of the above checklist
  • You can articulate how and why you will scale exponentially
