Raiven Capital is deeply invested in building productive ecosystems in which our tech start-ups can grow and thrive. This has led us to conduct leading relevant research on the future of work that may not only benefit our portfolio companies but, hopefully, the industry as a whole.
Post pandemic, the emerging culture of work is raising the questions of how creativity, innovation, collaboration, and success are best created, whether in a hybridized workplace or in the many other unique situations tech startups find themselves in. What are best practices moving forward? Is work better, worse, or just different? How have these changes affected innovation and creativity, which are the lifeblood of any young tech company?
Designed by Dr. Romola Porchuk, an experienced organizational psychologist and culture expert, we recently completed preliminary research that explores these questions with startups that have both local and globally distributed teams.
We will release the results in early 2022 along with expanding our insights with additional work we will do with the Innovation Policy Lab at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto.
We look forward to sharing what we find as we work to infuse that knowledge into our portfolio companies around the world.
